Yes, Aphel Technologies Inc (ATI) is part of the APHEL Group of companies which is headquartered in England, UK. At ATI here in Florida the US, we have experienced an increase in the number of overseas opportunities being pursued by our end user customer base. Are ATI products certified by UL and/or CSA ? Yes, the ATI facility based in Florida, has passed the required UL site inspection in order to produce products to meet the latest UL 60950-1 certification. The APHEL Group as a whole only produces products which carry either an appropriate UL/CSA or ETL certification. This adds to the Aphel Group of companies existing resources and we can now boast the capability to offer both ETL and UL certified products for our ever growing customer base in the USA and further afield.
Does ATI offer intelligent power solutions? Yes, Just to re-assure those customers who have asked, Aphel are currently perfecting interfaces which will offer both IP addressable and RS232 monitor & control capabilities. This is an area of expertise in which we are offering a global specified solution and Aphel are being very careful to get it right first time! I project that these applications will be fully ready for release early 2005. ATI and the Aphel Group is constantly being asked to respond to such changes in the market and we are continually committed to meeting these market needs. Our standard range is configured and also constantly updated to offer you a maximum of product applications from a standard listing so please look carefully at our standard spec list.
Can ATI offer custom power solutions? Yes, in fact the Florida facility is ideally situated and purposely conceived to provide for nearly any ‘out of the ordinary’ data center above floor power requirement. Please complete the REF spec sheet and submit it to the ATI office for a swift response to your needs.
What is the common lead time for product ARO ? Straight from stock if available, if not then 2-4 weeks dependant if we have the required materials in stock. Should your requirements be a customised design and not standard, we would look to design the solution for you, produce first artical, submit for UL certification and deliver a production in about 6-8 weeks dependant on the complexity of the design.
Does ATI have local representation throughout the USA & North America? This is either presently in place or, is being developed regionally in: Ontario,Canada also NY, NJ, Ill,TX, MN, CA. Please contact ATI office for further details or if your organisation would like to represent ATI products. |
